San Francisco Museum Wedding
de Young Museum, San Francisco
“We were married at the de Young Museum. In our search for a photographer, I loved the J.Perlman R.Lutge photographs from a previous de Young Museum wedding. We returned to their website to review other weddings and were pleased with their body of work.
Photography at our wedding was one of the most important decisions for us because it is a big part of our family life. My father is a San Francisco Fine Art photographer who has work at the SFMOMA and other national galleries.
Their style is very real life — the essence of photojournalistic street photography — capturing unique wedding moments and perspectives. Their focus is on people, which was an important aspect of our wedding. They captured beautifully ephemeral, candid moments of our wedding day, as well as creatively and artistically documenting the people and emotions. They are fine art storytellers.
We are excited to have one of our wedding images as a winner in WPJA artistic category for Shapes, the father daughter dance. There are so many favorites. When it’s all over, the memories you have are the photos. We are very grateful to have had Joyce and Randy photograph our wedding day. They are a wonderful team. We enjoyed collaborating with them and highly recommend J.Perlman R.Lutge Photography.”
